FAQs



Q: What type of food service options do you offer? We offer six levels of food service: drop-off service, buffet catering, family-style catering, plated catering and food stations, & passed.


Q: How is the food delivered? We offer three options: drop off, drop off with set-up and on-site staffed service.


Q: Where do you deliver? We deliver throughout the entire Washington, DC, Maryland, & Virginia areas including surrounding states to include West Virginia, Delaware.


Q: May I order a la carte? Any menu item may be ordered individually if the quantity meets our minimum requirements


Q: Do you serve vegetarian, vegan or gluten free dishes? Yes! We offer a variety of freshly made vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu items.


Q: How can I reserve a date? Contact our special events department at 202-696-2953 for a proposal. Once approved, return the signed contract along with a 50% deposit to officially reserve your event date, time and pricing.


Q: What rental services do you offer? We provide a full range of rental services including tables, chairs, linens, china, lighting, ice sculptures, restroom trailers, bands, DJ's and more.


Q: Is a deposit always required? All orders require a 50% deposit to reserve. Accepted payments include corporate checks, money orders, certified checks, Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover®. In order to pay via a check, payment must be received at least 10 business days prior to your event.


Q: How much advance notice is required for an order? The sooner the better. We can accommodate last minute request. Inquire with your sales person. For large events or special menus and rentals (including corporate events and weddings), we may require additional time. Email us for further information.


Q: How much are waiters? Waiters are billed at a range of $39 to $49/hour depending on the task and their duties. Billing will include set up, service and closing of the event.


Q: What additional charges can I expect? Beyond the cost of food, appropriate state sales taxes are added to all orders. In addition, delivery will be calculated based on the number of guests and location of the event, as well as a standard service charge to all orders.
